We provide in-person services at our office in Nassau county, Long Island, New York, as well as virtual consulting to distant patients.

If you are ready to become a new patient, please fill out one of our new patient questionnaires (links below) and send it via postal mail or email to us. Two hours are blocked off for the initial consultation. The fee is $450. Once we receive your form, someone will contact you. Dr. Debé can work with you "long distance" if you are unable to attend the office in person.
